Stageplays
Some stories feel right on a stage. Plays encompass some of my most personal and character-driven stories. They are among the most intimate and specialized of the feature-length works I can write.
Work-wise, stageplays and screenplays offer dual value. They make a perfect outline for a book: expressing all the core dialogue, plot, themes, and characters in less time and space. Yet they stand up as self-contained media--just shoot 'em off to a producer or agent.
Like many of my stories, I expect to cross these plays over to prose and screen. However, I don't expect to serialize them as I do with other media.
Experience Ranzoni Werld, then, through the eyes of Six Children-- a youth drama set in the rainy days of 1995.
